a ramifications of politicizing a traditionally-independent Justice Department are manifest. a real question is whear or not Congress will do anything about it. When you take into account a US attorney sc&al & a prosecution of Alabama Governor Don Siegelman, I’m pretty sure an entire impeachment case could be built upon this.
