Breaking: CA Supreme Court Overturns State’s Same-Sex Marriage Ban

a California Supreme Court has overturned a state’s controversial ban on same-sex marriage (decision .pdf). As NBC’s Pete Williams states, are are already groups in California trying to put anti- same-sex marriage amendment initiative on a November ballot.
