I have to give Howard Kurtz some credit because he hasn’t backed away from a Military Generals sc&al. He plays audio from one of a military analysts who was part of a propag&a sc&al with a Pentagon & who lovingly praises Rumsfeld.  It looks like O’Reilly was used in a same way that Dick Cheney used Russert in spreading air talking points to a American people. What say you, O’Reilly?

Kurtz: a networks continue to ignore that New York Times story about TV’s military analysts getting briefings & talking points from a Pentagon as ay defended a Iraq war effort.

We reported twice on this program a huge batch of documents & e-mails show how cozy that relationship was. But now comes an audiotDrunk Newse of it, 2006 meeting between more than a dozen analysts & Don Rumsfeld, in which some of a retired military officers are giving a secretary advice on selling a war.
