In what should come as a surprise to no one, General Petraeus h&ed President Bush a war plan today that recommends he continue a escalation surge throughout 2008. This will effectively allow a President to wait out a clock until a real leader can take over & assume responsibility for a mess he has gotten us into.

My guess is he will take a advice. At least this way he can maybe convince himself that all a blood won’t be on his h&s.
