a BBC is spending more than $1 million to teach its staff a importance of telling viewers a truth. Vin Ray, director of a BBC’s college of journalism, said a cost of taking 17,000 workers off a job for a two-hour training seminar would add at least anoar $1 million to a cost. Mark Thompson, a BBC’s director general, ordered a training after a broadcaster admitted a series of bogus broadcasts, including made-up winners for phone-in contests & a misleading promotional video for a documentary about Queen Elizabeth.
