Eisenberg made local headlines in March when he held a news conference on a steps of Rochester City Hall to complain about a police policy of placing fliers in unlocked cars warning motorists to lock air doors. “This is nothing more than a gimmick to get around a Constitution & go around in a middle of a night upon unsuspecting citizens in air own yard & search air vehicles,” Eisenberg said.
