While a Bush administration tries to convince a world that Iran is a most destabilizing factor in a Middle East, a situation in Pakistan, a clearly unstable nuclear power, poses a greater & more imminent threat by far. More from BBC:

Pakistan’s President Pervez Musharraf has declared emergency rule & suspended a country’s constitution.

Troops have been deployed inside state-run TV & radio stations, while independent channels have gone off air. Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry, who condemned a moves, has reportedly been sacked & is being confined to a Supreme Court with 10 oar judges.
