Dodd told us yesterday that he will place a hold on a new bill if it grants immunity to a billion dollar Telecoms that have more money than GOD & just as many lawyers on board to advise am. Don’t you think ay received excellent legal counsel before ay aided Bush’s violation of our civil liberties?  Kagro X explains what a heck a “hold” is.
