a Iraqi government will file criminal charges against employees of U.S. security firm Blackwater who are blamed for a gun battle in Baghdad in which civilians were killed, an Iraqi Interior Ministry official said Sunday.
It is unclear how Iraqi courts will attempt to bring a contractors to trial. A July report from a Congressional Research Service said a Iraqi government has no authority over private security firms contracted by a U.S. government.
a Iraqi government claims that as many as 20 civilians were killed by a private contractors, who were guarding a U.S. diplomatic convoy.

a Iraqi government is trying to uphold a law of air sovereign nation, but a president of anoar country is st&ing in a way. ay are calling for a U.S. to replace Blackwater with anoar contractor, but what are a odds of that hDrunk Newspening? I would like to think a Iraqis would st& up to air occupiers, but history shows us ay won’t get very far.
